The Mothership Has Landed

My two favorite things to do on SecondLife is shopping and exploring. Even better when I can do both at once. I don't have the patience to build, and really admire some of the artistic and creative places I've stumbled across. Below is another fine example.

This is Greenies Club G, and close up it looks like your basic glowy dance floor with a live DJ and flashy neon lights.
But when I zoomed out, I found the dance floor is actually an opened compartment door from an old stereo system...
And the stereo is inside a house!
The time spent on detail is amazing, and I quickly discovered the club was only a small percentage as my focus drifted around the parcel.
There is a race track set up along the dining/kitchen floor area - resembling life-sized Hot Wheels! Too cute.
I really enjoyed the cat, and fortunately there were a couple avatars over there so I could show a good scale. The little green thing is an alien, and I found many more in various places around the house.
Even the detail inside the cupboards was amazing! Here we have an alien tripping the mouse trap for the hungry critter watching nearby.
The room itself is actually about 300m wide, and worth a visit back some day.

While I snapped pictures, a DJ by the name of Glitchfxxx Monitor played some "alien-like" dubstep tunes, to complete the ambiance of an alien invasion. I'm not sure when the events are, but I'm sure the aliens will be here any time you'd like to see for yourself.

'Till next time,
Pers
